Delivery areas(Owner-configurable)

Mopito delivers to regions configured in your admin delivery zones (for example Greater Accra, Ashanti, Western, Eastern, Northern, and Central). Expand or restrict zones as your logistics partners allow.

Rates and timelines(Owner-configurable)

Shipping fees and estimated delivery windows are calculated at checkout based on zone, cart weight, and active promotions. Free-shipping thresholds and express options are owner-configurable.

Order processing(Owner-configurable)

Processing time begins after payment confirmation (or COD acceptance). Cut-off times for same-day dispatch are set by the store owner and should be published on product or checkout pages when finalized.

Failed delivery attempts(Owner-configurable)

If a courier cannot reach you, they may attempt redelivery or hold the parcel for pickup. Define your retry policy and any storage fees in this section before going live.
